1. Introduction
This Content Safety Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of the AIVid. mobile applications and website (the “Service”), operated by AIVID, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). Read this together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control. 4. General Rules of Use
Use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: unlawful behavior, IP rights violations, transmitting defamatory/obscene material, distributing malware or attempting to disrupt the Service, automated scraping/botting, unauthorized access attempts, and identity misrepresentation. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not upload, generate, publish, or facilitate any of the following:
- Illegal content or activity (e.g., child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, terrorism, illegal drugs/guns trading, doxxing, credible threats of violence).
- Non-consensual or exploitative sexual content, sexualization of minors, incest, bestiality, or any depiction that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
- Hate or harassment: dehumanizing or violent content targeting protected classes; threats or incitement.
- Malware, exploits, or instructions to cause physical/economic harm (e.g., bomb-making, bioweaponization, malicious hacking). Legitimate security research requires proof of authorization and must not endanger others.
- Fraud and deception: phishing, scams, impersonation, manipulated media to defraud or materially mislead (including undisclosed deepfakes of private individuals).
- Infringement: content that violates copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity/likeness or privacy. You must own or have rights to all inputs and outputs you use.
- Personal data abuse: unlawful collection, processing, or publishing of sensitive personal data contrary to our Privacy Policy.
- Engagement boosting / automation on third-party platforms (fake likes, follows, views, comments), or any functionality that simulates user actions to manipulate metrics.
- Downloaders / rippers / DRM or paywall bypass, credential sharing, or similar IP-infringing workflows.
- Music & audio cloning without rights: unauthorized sound-alike or voice imitation of identifiable artists/individuals; unlicensed use of copyrighted compositions, recordings, or samples.
- Political deception: undisclosed or deceptive synthetic media intended to influence civic processes or political outcomes.
6. Restricted Content (Context/Disclosure Required)
Some categories may be allowed only with strong safeguards, clear disclosures, and a lawful basis. We may limit or block these case-by-case:
- Synthetic or edited media of real people (e.g., face swaps, voice clones): requires verifiable consent for private individuals and clear labeling; never sexualize or defame.
- Professional advice (medical, legal, financial): include disclaimers; outputs are not a substitute for licensed professional services.
- Violence, self-harm, or distressing content: only for documentary, educational, or newsworthy purposes with context and appropriate warnings; direct encouragement is prohibited.
7. Rules for AI-Generated Outputs
- Outputs may be similar to training patterns; uniqueness is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for legality, accuracy, and rights clearance.
- Label realistic synthetic media as “generated” or “edited”; do not mislead viewers about authenticity.
- We may attach watermarks or provenance signals to generated media and may require labeling in sensitive categories. Do not remove or alter these measures.
- Do not remove, bypass, or interfere with safety filters, rate-limits, or integrity mechanisms.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
We use automated and human review to detect policy violations, prevent abuse, and protect users. We may remove content, restrict features, throttle usage, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve/share data with competent authorities where legally required (e.g., CSAM). Repeat or severe violators may be banned.
To report abuse or rights violations, contact Support or see DMCA & Takedown.

By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party providers is subject to their terms and privacy notices. We may receive limited signals from these providers (e.g., fraud/abuse indicators) to help protect the Service.
